Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the high-pressure world of corporate finance. I understand what it feels like to carry heavy responsibility while maintaining a capable exterior. My approach is grounded in a humanistic, relationship-based style of therapy and integrates evidence-based ACT skills with somatic and psychodynamic perspectives.

Starting therapy shouldn't feel like another high-pressure commitment. I’ve designed a low-friction entry point to ensure we are a good fit before you begin.

  1. The Introductory Call: A short, 15 minute practical conversation to understand your needs and see if my approach aligns with your goals. No pressure, just clarity.

  2. The First Session: We begin exploring the patterns and challenges shaping your experience while laying the foundation for a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship. 

  3. Ongoing Practical Work: We meet regularly to build psychological flexibility, practicing new responses to old triggers in real-time.
