I’m available in English or Italian, at my clinic in Paris or online.

I help people who feel anxious, overloaded, or caught in repeated patterns build the practical psychological skills needed to navigate real life.

You may look like you are coping.
Inside, it can feel very different.

You are likely functioning well on the outside, managing your responsibilities and appearing capable. But inside, your mind feels constantly "switched on." You might be overthinking every decision, managing immense professional pressure, or feeling the quiet isolation that often comes with living abroad.

You do not need a therapist to tell you that some of your thoughts may be unhelpful or disconnected from what matters to you; you likely already notice that yourself. The difficulty is how easily they begin to shape your choices, pull you away from the life you want to build, or limit the actions you are willing to take.

My work focuses on structured, and scientifically proven methods to help you relate to those thoughts and emotions differently, allowing you to move forward with more vitality and clarity.

What I Help With

Therapy for real-life pressure, anxiety, relationships, transitions, and stuckness.

I work with adults who want therapy that is emotionally safe, but also practical and structured.

This may include:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, and rumination

  • High-functioning stress and professional pressure

  • OCD patterns, intrusive thoughts, control, and avoidance

  • Burnout risk or feeling emotionally overloaded

  • Expat life, identity, loneliness, and belonging

  • Relationship patterns and repeated emotional loops

  • Life transitions, separation, rebuilding, and uncertainty

  • Feeling disconnected from the life you have built

The aim is not to become a perfect, fearless version of yourself.

The aim is to build more psychological flexibility, more clarity, and a more workable way of living.

Real life, not textbook therapy

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the high-pressure world of corporate finance. I understand what it feels like to carry heavy responsibility while maintaining a capable exterior. My therapeutic approach is grounded in this real-world experience, evidence-based psychological methods, and a collaborative, relationship-centered style inspired by the Rogerian tradition.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
Somatic & Psychodynamic

Therapy is not about “fixing” you or eliminating every difficult thought or emotion. It is about helping you develop in a structured way the skills to respond to life with greater awareness, flexibility, and self-understanding.

Together, we work to:

  • Notice the patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking, avoidance, or self-criticism.

  • Relate differently to intrusive thoughts and difficult emotions,

  • Develop greater awareness of how stress, anxiety, and emotions are experienced in the body through somatic approaches

  • Clarify what truly matters to you and move toward a more meaningful and vital life.

  • Better understand how past experiences and relational patterns may still influence the present.

  • Take practical steps toward a life of vitality and meaning.

My approach is grounded in a humanistic, relationship-based style of therapy and integrates evidence-based ACT skills with somatic and psychodynamic perspectives.

What to Expect

Starting therapy shouldn't feel like another high-pressure commitment. I’ve designed a low-friction entry point to ensure we are a good fit before you begin.

  1. The Introductory Call: A short, 15 minute practical conversation to understand your needs and see if my approach aligns with your goals. No pressure, just clarity.

  2. The First Session: We begin exploring the patterns and challenges shaping your experience while laying the foundation for a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship.

  3. Ongoing Practical Work: We meet regularly to build psychological flexibility, practicing new responses to old triggers in real-time.

Real life,
not textbook therapy

I believe good therapy is built on a strong human relationship, grounded in psychological understanding, evidence-informed approaches, and real human experience.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in corporate finance. I understand something about pressure, performance, responsibility, and the cost of appearing capable while carrying a lot internally.

My life has also taken me through major transitions across countries, relationships, work, family life, and identity.

That does not replace therapeutic training. But it does shape the way I work.

I care about therapy that is practical, human, and connected to the realities people actually live.

My training matters. But so does understanding pressure, uncertainty, transition, family life, and what it feels like from the inside to navigate difficult emotions, thoughts, and inner experiences.
