Hello there! I am a professional psychotherapist and a native Italian speaker with a Master's Degree in Psychotherapy. I am passionate about helping people who are struggling with mental health issues, relationship problems, or other life challenges. I use a humanistic and psychodynamic approach to therapy, which I complement with ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), a form of CBT, and somatic interventions.
My journey towards psychotherapy, meditation, and spirituality began after the end of my marriage, which caused a lot of emotional pain and suffering.
Over the past ten years, I have studied and practised different methods of improving mental health, including mindfulness and psychotherapy. I have also read extensively about spirituality and talked to spiritual teachers to deepen my understanding.
I believe that the key to better mental health is self-awareness and unlocking the parts of your life where you feel stuck. Through my own experiences, I have learned the importance of meditation and spirituality in facilitating personal growth and healing. I have also come to appreciate the power of psychotherapy in helping individuals overcome their struggles.
